Who are we?

Cronfa Asedion Cymunedol / Community Assets Fund is a LEADER funded Pembrokeshire based project.

We are a regional lottery scheme who work closely with local people in their communities.

How does it all work?

We ask you to contribute £5 a month or £60 a year. Sign up using the forms on the website. These can be found in the About section of our website.

As an example, £60 a year will be broken down into 3 parts;

  • 50% of your money  will go back into a community group, project or local good cause of your choice.
  • 35% of your money will be put back into the mothly lottery prize pot.
  • 15% will be put back into keeping the project running and general administration costs.

So at the end of one full year of participation, you will be able to donate £30.00 to your local community group or project. If you have told 10 people about the scheme and they all participate for a year, that is £300.00 raised for your cause. Not  forgetting your monthly chances at winning some cash in the lottery draw.

If you do manage to sign people up to the scheme yourself, we offer a small cash incentive upon 3 successful monthly standing orders. You can read more about this under the Promoters information.

We wish you lots of luck in the draw and look forward to hearing about where you have sent your money.

Belated Happy New Year

As I sit here, still at home, unable to attend the office, I realised that my last post to the website was on my last working day before the Christmas break. Now I appreciate that wishing people a Happy New Year on the 24th February 2021, may not be the done thing but, Happy New Year to all of our members, supporters, beneficiaries and followers.

We are now 55 days into the New Year and I think we can safely say that it hasn't been what we were hoping for but it hasn't come as a shock either. Therefore, I would like to try to deliver some good news because Cllr Cris Tomos has completed the fin...

Friday 13th is lucky for some!

On Friday 13th November 2020 we carried out the next Asedion lottery draw for our October members. Myself and Cllr Cris Tomos were in the PLANED offices in Narberth and our helper for the draw was Ben who also works at PLANED.

The draw proved very lucky for Julie Davies of Pembroke Dock who took the first prize of £100.00. Julie happens to also work at PLANED and we were able to get her photo straight away. To say she was happy to have won, would be an understatement. We hope the money comes in handy Julie, especially with Christmas just around the corner!

Second prize went to Rhian White of...
