Who are we?

Cronfa Asedion Cymunedol / Community Assets Fund is a LEADER funded Pembrokeshire based project.

We are a regional lottery scheme who work closely with local people in their communities.

How does it all work?

We ask you to contribute £5 a month or £60 a year. Sign up using the forms on the website. These can be found in the About section of our website.

As an example, £60 a year will be broken down into 3 parts;

  • 50% of your money  will go back into a community group, project or local good cause of your choice.
  • 35% of your money will be put back into the mothly lottery prize pot.
  • 15% will be put back into keeping the project running and general administration costs.

So at the end of one full year of participation, you will be able to donate £30.00 to your local community group or project. If you have told 10 people about the scheme and they all participate for a year, that is £300.00 raised for your cause. Not  forgetting your monthly chances at winning some cash in the lottery draw.

If you do manage to sign people up to the scheme yourself, we offer a small cash incentive upon 3 successful monthly standing orders. You can read more about this under the Promoters information.

We wish you lots of luck in the draw and look forward to hearing about where you have sent your money.

Last Lottery Winners of 2019

The final Asedion lottery draw of 2019 took us to Pembroke Dock on Monday 13th January 2020, where myself and Cllr Cris Tomos joined the Town Team meeting at the VC Gallery in Dimond Street. We were invitied there to discuss how the scheme works and how it could benefit the many different organisations in the area.

It was a very good turn out on what was a very wet and windy evening which meant that there was a good crowd to witness the last draw of 2019. The balls were pulled out by the Chair Mark Carter and the lucky winners are...

Audrey Davies from Hermon who took the first prize of £100...

December Promoters Event December 2019

On Monday 16th December 2019, we held our first Asedion Promoters Event designed to tell people about the scheme and attract those all important promoters.

Promoters are also offered an incentive for their time. For every new member that joins the scheme through a promoter, we will give that promoter £10.00 upon three successful standing orders. November Draw Video Link - Winners!

Cllr Cris Tomos managed to find some time in his very busy schedule at the moment to carry out the Asedion monthly draw for November 2019.

He visited Narberth Swimming Pool, Swim Narberth on Friday 6th December to pick out another two lucky winners and we have an exact repeat of the September draw, in the same order as well! I'm no mathmetician but I'm guessing that the chances of that are very slim.

So once again, a huge congratulations goes to Eleri George who was our 1st prize winner of £100.00 and Ysgol Maesybont who won £30.00 for the second prize.

I have included the video link for yo...
